The first step to finding the heart key is getting to this secret passageway concealed by a raven painting. You'll need to get the blue museum key and unlock the door in the model house room to find it. Once you unlock this door with the blue key, you will find a bizarre, upside-down room with the raven painting on the far wall. Look closely at the painting. You will notice the doorway hidden behind it.

If you interact with the light beside the painting, it will tilt the light forward as if pulling a lever. However, this will have no effect since there is a missing light on the other side. You'll need to find and reattach the missing piece.

You won't need to look far to find the missing piece since it's hidden right in plain sight in this same room. Back up a few steps from the passageway and look to the left wall opposite of the windows. There is a green shelf covered with cobwebs that are hiding the missing light piece. You'll need to use some scissors to cut through and grab the piece. Return the light beside the door so you have two matching lamps on either side.

Now you'll be able to pull both lamps forward, which will lift the raven painting up and reveal the doorway. You'll need to cut through some more cobwebs to get through the door to the next room. In this storage room, you'll find the heart key on the shelf right in front of you. You can take that key up to the second floor and now unlock the bedroom, which is just to the left of the animal statues.
