The Venomous Shooter is a spider and one of the enemies you will find in Hogwarts Legacy. You need to complete the challenge of igniting the Shooter to win the Dueling Feat. To do this, you need to cast Incendio or Confringo as the Shooter is charging to attack.

These creatures prefer to fight from a distance and attack by spitting acidic venom. If you manage to cast the aforementioned fire spells while the spider is preparing its acidic attack, then you will be able to ignite the creature.

Its acidic attack will poison and deal damage to you over time, but you can use a Wiggenweld Potion to minimize its effects. Using this potion will stop the poison from causing any damage and will slowly restore health. You can buy the Wiggenweld Potion from J. Pippins Potions for 100 Galleons or you can collect the required ingredients to brew it.

To make the potion, you need the following two ingredients:

  • Horklump Juice: You can purchase this from J. Pippins Potions in Hogsmeade.
  • Dittany Leaves: You can buy its seeds from The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade and grow them in pots.
