It appears that Hogwarts Legacy will be a big game, but many big games aren't available on all platforms. Games under the Warner Bros. license, like Batman, are usually released for PC later, and this causes many to wonder if Hogwarts Legacy will follow suit under the Harry Potter License.
According to the official FAQ for Hogwarts Legacy, yes, Hogwarts Legacy will be released for PC. The game will likely be released on PC during Holiday 2022.

Although this isn't to say there won't be a delay, many games delay their PC ports to optimize the game for PC users. If there is a delay, we will certainly hear about it from the developers. The game will be released on the same day as every other version until further notice.
It is still unclear whether the game will be released on Steam, Epic Games, or the Microsoft Store. Epic Games normally pays for exclusive licenses, but this license is too big for us to see Epic Games get away with that. Currently, we can assume that it will be available on all storefronts.
