Bailu is the Xianzhou Luofu's High Elder of the Vidyadhara, a passionate healer who does her best to treat all patients to the best of her abilities. She's a five-star Lightning character who follows the Path of The Abundance, and is the only healer in Honkai: Star Rail who can revive allies (as of Version 1.0, requires E6). If you're struggling to keep your team alive, I highly recommend Bailu as her kit is jam-packed with AoE heals, making her a quality-of-life upgrade to Natasha.
