Honkai Star Rail Best Pela Build – Light Cones, Relics, & More!

Pela is a secretarial officer for the Silvervane Guards who hides a deep, dark secret: she's actually a dedicated fan of the Tale of the Winterlands, a spinoff of HoYoverse's otome game, Tears of Themis. She attends every secret fan meeting and feeds the fandom with her creations, instantly making her my favorite character. In battle, she's a four-star Ice Element character who follows the path of The Nihility.

Best Light Cones for Pela in Honkai Star Rail

Pela is an offensive debuffer, so she's best paired with Light Cones which can boost her DMG against enemies with debuffs.

• In the Name of the World (best-in-slot) - An all-around amazing Light Cone that will boost Pela's DMG against debuffed enemies, and further increases her ATK and Effect Hit Rate upon using a Skill.
• Good Night and Sleep Well (best four-star option) - This Light Cone provides a stackable DMG bonus for every debuff an enemy has, making it perfect for Pela, who can consistently apply Exposed to enemies.

Best Relics for Pela in Honkai Star Rail

There are a couple of great Relic options for Pela. Thief of Shooting Meteor is a great, beginner-friendly set that offers both a straightforward Break Effect bonus and Energy Regeneration, which will help Pela spam her Ultimate, which is her primary debuffing skill.

You can also opt for Hunter of Glacial Forest to improve Pela's DMG, but you may find that the four-piece bonus isn't very efficient early game. If that's the case, try using two pieces of Hunter of Glacial Forest and two pieces from another one of the sets below.

Finally, Musketeer of Wild Wheat is a generally good set that's easy to obtain and offers a favorable set bonus. It's the least preferable out of the three but is a great option for the early game.

• Hunter of Glacial Forest
  • Two-piece bonus: Increases Ice DMG by 10 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: After the wearer unleashes their Ultimate, their CRIT DMG increases by 25 percent for two turn(s).
• Thief of Shooting Meteor
  • Two-piece bonus: Increases Break Effect by 16 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 16 percent. When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, regenerates three Energy.
• Musketeer of Wild Wheat
  • Two-piece bonus: ATK increases by 10 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: The wearer's SPD increases by 6 percent and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10 percent.

For Relic stats, focus on building as much Effect Hit Rate, CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG (depending on what you're lacking), ATK, and SPD.

Best Planar Ornaments for Pela in Honkai Star Rail

Pela can use the following Planar Ornament set, which boosts her Effect Hit Rate and ATK based on her overall Effect Hit Rate. It's the perfect set for Nihility characters, as debuffs become more efficient with a higher Effect Hit Rate. For stats, focus on Ice DMG and offensive stats, such as ATK and CRIT Rate.

• Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise - Increases the wearer's Effect Hit Rate by 10 percent. Meanwhile, the wearer's ATK increases by an amount that is equal to 25 percent of Effect Hit Rate, up to a maximum of 25 percent.
