Honkai Star Rail Luocha kit, all Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

Luocha is a five-star Imaginary character who follows tha Path of The Abundance. He's a foreign trader with a merchant license from the Xianzhou Yuque (Alliance) and the Star Unity Mall branch of the North Valley Star (IPC). He has been hinted to belong to a tumultous world with a chaotic church, and carries a coffin around him as he flits across the galaxy. Since his release, Luocha has been my favorite healer—partly because he's not, and partly because he's genuinely great at what he does.

Luocha's Skills in Honkai Star Rail

Basic Attack: Thorns of the Abyss

Deals Imaginary DMG equal to a percentage scale of Luocha's ATK to a single enemy.

Skill: Prayer of Abyss Flower

After using his Skill, Luocha immediately restores the target ally's HP equal to a percentage scale (1) of Luocha's ATK plus a flat value (2). Meanwhile, Luocha gains one stack of Abyss Flower. When any ally's HP percentage drops to 50 percent or lower, an effect equivalent to Luocha's Skill will immediately be triggered and applied to this ally for one time (without consuming Skill Points). This effect can be triggered again after two turns.

Ultimate: Death Wish

Removes one buff from all enemies and deals Imaginary DMG equal to a percentage scale of Luocha's ATK to all enemies. Luocha gains one stack of Abyss Flower.

Energy Cost: 100

Talent: Cycle of Life

When Abyss Flower reaches two stacks, Luocha consumes all stacks of Abyss Flower to deploy a Field against the enemy. When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, the attacking ally's HP is immediately restored by an amount equal to a percentage scale (1) of Luocha's ATK plus a flat value (2). The Field's effect lasts for two turns. When Luocha is knocked down, the Field will be dispelled.

Technique: Mercy of a Fool

After the Technique is used, the Talent will be immediately triggered at the start of the next battle.

Sanctified

When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, all allies (except the attacker) restore HP equal to 7 percent of Luocha's ATK plus 93.

• Stat Bonus one: ATK increases by 4 percent.
• Stat Bonus two: HP increases by 6 percent.
• Stat Bonus three: ATK increases by 6 percent.

Through the Valley

The chance to resist Crowd Control debuffs increases by 70 percent.

• Stat Bonus one: DEF increases by 7.5 percent.
• Stat Bonus two: HP increases by 8 percent.

Cleansing Revival

When the Skill's effect is triggered, removes one debuff from a target ally.

• Stat Bonus one: HP increases by 4 percent.
• Stat Bonus two: ATK increases by 4 percent.
• Stat Bonus three: DEF increases by 5 percent.

Minor Traces

• ATK increases by 4 percent.
• ATK increases by 8 percent.

Luocha's Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

E1 (Ablution of the Quick)

• While the Field is active, ATK of all allies increases by 20 percent.

E2 (Bestowal From the Pure)

• When his Skill is triggered, if the target ally's HP is lower than 50 percent, Luocha's Outgoing Healing increases by 30 perdent. If the target ally's HP is at 50 percent or higher, the ally receives a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 18 percent of Luocha's ATK plus 240, lasting for two turns.

E3 (Surveyal by the Fool)

• Skill Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic ATK Level +1, up to a maximum of Level 10.

E4 (Heavy Lies the Crown)

• When Luocha's Field is active, enemies become Weakened and deal 12 percent less DMG.

E5 (Cicatrix 'Neath the Pain)

• Ultimate Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15.

E6 (Reunion With the Dust)

• When Ultimate is used, there is a 100 percent fixed chance to reduce all enemies' All-Type RES by 20 percent for two turns.
