Many planets and characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be available to all players upon release. However, despite their involvement in many Star Wars films, the Skywalker family did not play a big role in every entry, leaving the game missing some movies and TV shows. The game's lead designer Damn McDiarmid detailed plans for that kind of content in an interview with Kotaku in January.
According to McDiarmid, the launch will include several DLC character packs. In this DLC, the Skywalker family either did not appear in these properties or made such brief appearances that they did not merit inclusion in the base game.

- The Mandalorian Season 1
- The Mandalorian Season 2
- Rogue One: A Star Warsâ„¢ Story
- Classic Characters
- Solo: A Star Wars Story
- Star Wars: The Bad Batch
- Trooper Pack

Other movies and tie-ins could be incorporated into LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga as DLC. Based on the DLC already revealed, it is very likely that we may see Obi-Wan KENOBI characters entering the game through DLC.
Is LEGO Grogu a playable character?
LEGO Grogu will be available as DLC for those who wish to use this character, but he is not playable. He will be purchasable as part of The Mandalorian DLC Pack as a companion character to the Mandalorian. This means he will just follow the Mandalorian around.
