If it can shoot electricity or fire at my enemies, I want it.

Ethereal Treasures can be found throughout Lost Castle 2. You may be offered a choice of two to three treasures after defeating all the monsters in an area, or you could have a treasure chest with shrouded treasures that require you to reveal what they are first. Now, there are far too many Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2 to go into each one individually. That said, I have split them all into the five separate tiers in this list. According to the devs, there are approximately 130 Ethereal Treasures in the game; this list currently contains 134. If I find any more, I will update the list, but I consider this to be the most comprehensive list available for Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2.

S-Tier Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2

The S-Tier Ethereal Treasures listed above are the most helpful and/or strongest items that you can find on your adventure. They boost your stats significantly, summon spirits to help you during fights, or help you hit your enemies back harder than they hit you.

Each one of these Ethereal Treasures gives you the very best chance of getting through your adventure.

The Lucky Coin, for example, made the S-Tier list because it gives you an extra 50% boost to your attack damage when you're in battle. The effect occurs every five seconds, so it's possible for you to use that boost liberally in each area and against bosses.

I'd have to say my top choice is the Destiny Coin, but it's pretty rate. Your Combo Finale and Single Attack could increase to 300% with this Treasure, the chance of this happening depends on your Akhil Rune count.

A-Tier Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2

Items that are in A-Tier rather than S-Tier didn't make the cut because they weren't as strong. In a lot of cases, this was down to the percentage change that the Ethereal Treasures gave to your stats while adventuring. What they lack in percentages, they do make up for by helping you recover. A lot of these items are A-Tier because they can help you regain HP and MP faster than usual. There are also items that affect the environment — such as creating poison mist puddles — which work okay, but aren't super effective.

My top choice for this tier would be the Life Dew item. There are other great choices, but I continuously purchased Life Dew whenever it was available. Life Dew gives you 15% Alchemy Elixir, which can really save you if you're trying to get to the next Elixir refill point.

B-Tier Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2

B-Tier Ethereal Treasures are the middle ground of all the Treasures available in Lost Castle 2. They have their benefits, and it's good to get them when you can, but you can also live without them. They didn't make A- or S- rank because they aren't as powerful or helpful, meaning that they aren't going to stop you from dying or help out loads during a fight. But, they aren't as low down as C-Tier items, which are just kind of meh.

The Life Stopwatch should be your choice from B-Tier Ethereal Treasures. With this Treasure, your Max HP is decreased by 50 points in exchange for 50 points of shield every 40 seconds. That will save you in any fight (unless you're being extremely reckless, anyway).

C-Tier Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2

Ah, C-Tier. Not useless enough to be D-Tier, but not quite helpful enough to be B-Tier. Not to say that any Ethereal Treasure is truly useless, but the D-Tier ones aren't items you should be going out of your way to buy or find. Anyway, the Treasures in C-Tier are good if you need a quick helping hand but aren't expecting anything long-term. Items that give you a tiny bit of health back so you can finish an area, or push your stats up just enough that it makes a difference. We're in the kind of 5-10% bonus range here, and that's okay.

The Fragile Military Drum gives you 30% extra attack points for a quick 20 seconds. That might seem like a strange pick for my preferred C-Tier item, but if you're about to go into a challenge area with 70 seconds on the clock, you need to do some damage.

D-Tier Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2

As I said, D-Tiers aren't useless but they aren't as useful as the items in the other tiers. These Ethereal Treasures are fairly common, too — the Dragon ones, especially. They're everywhere. There are a lot of Energy items in D-Tier, just because I didn't find them hugely helpful, as well as Treasures that leave fire trails. Again, not super helpful.

My favorite D-Tier Ethereal Treasure is the Thunder Brooch. Your Basic Attack is going to be the one you use most frequently, and this item gives you a chance to generate an Electric Spark when using it. If generated, the attack deals additional damage equal to 30% of your Max MP.

The best Ethereal Treasures in Lost Castle 2 are going to be those that can boost your health or help you in fights with other skills. I also enjoyed having summoned spirits with me on my adventures where I could, because they're very hard to kill and they respawn if they die.
