How to find the Phantom Ramen Stall in Lost Judgment

Bring up your phone by pressing Start, and go to the Buzz Research app. Press Search by Keyword and press Phantom Ramen Stall. This will filter all results to include those keywords. Out of the five results, you only need three of them—peropero, ilovecake, and hopeless as chronic and eel dart about the map faster than Sonic.

Travel to each one, but you need to stop and listen to the entire conversation from all three people. After each one ends, Yagami will take of essential details, and after all three, he'll contact Joe. Head back to Meng Wu, and Joe will suggest befriending a cat.

How to Befriend Cats in Lost Judgment

Exit the restaurant, and head towards the new blue case marker on your map. A few seconds away from Meng Wu. Pick any option as all will fail. The cat will flee, and you'll meet Nekomiya, a familiar face from the first game, who adores cats. He'll instruct you how to befriend cats.

Head to the nearest Poppo Mart, the closest one being East Jinrai Station Exterior, and purchase some cat food. Purchase two, but if you are short on 300 yen, one will suffice, but it'll take a few more interactions to become friends with the cat.

Head back to where you first saw the cats and interact with them. A random cat will come to you. Choose a name that you feel is right for the cat But remember it, as it's crucial. After every interaction, leave the area then come back.

You now have to build a relationship with this cat, so do the following:

  • Offer Food twice

Or

  • Remember Cat's Name
  • Stare Affectionately
  • Offer Food
  • Pet

Doing that list will befriend the cat. You cannot choose that cat you want when interacting with them. It's purely random. This is why you must remember the cat's name. If you get a different cat, leave, so the cats are not in range, then return and interact with them again.

Once a cat is now your friend, head to Yokohoma 99, and a cutscene will occur that leads you to the Phantom Ramen Stall. Afterward, Yagami will call Joe, and the case will end.
