The Trick Gear Set in Mario Strikers: Battle League will raise a character's Technique Stats. This allows the character to better use Hyper Strikes and make perfect shots. This is vital to a team's offensive line and a character with high Technique can easily carry a team to victory if used correctly.
To get ahold of the Trick Gear in Mario Strikers: Battle League, players need to head to the Gear Store in the Gear Settings menu. Each piece of the Trick Gear Set can be purchased for 100 Coins, costing 400 Coins in total for the whole Set.

How to get Coins in Mario Strikers: Battle League
Players can get Coins in a few different ways. When visiting the Gear Shop for the first time, players will receive 400 Coins, enough to buy a full Gear Set. Further Coins can be obtained by completing Tournament Battles. Each Tournament Battle will net players 400 Coins upon victory. The Tournaments can be played again for 50 Coins per victory.
