Guilia's childhood bedroom is first shown at the beginning of the game when she is a child staying with Nanny. Nanny reads her a storybook about the Lady in White while the viewer is shown glimpses of a child's room adorned with puppet toys all around.

The day after Martha dies, Guilia passes the childhood room and remarks how odd the door has been locked. She tasks you with finding the keys for the room to check it out. The thing is, you cannot possibly find the keys until later in the game. That's because the player finds out that they are in Guilia's mother's pocket.

You can only obtain the keys by finishing the task of getting a photo of Martha at the crypt as part of the main quest. When you return home, you will find Guilia's mom lurking around downstairs. You must wait for her to sleep. Once you finish the questline where you interact with her, you will be able to take the keys out of her pocket. Only then will you be able to go back upstairs and unlock the bedroom door.
