Marvel Future Revolution Characters Tier List

Who to choose...

In Marvel Future Revolutions, players get to select from their favorite Marvel superheroes and team up to take down enemies and anyone that threatens the future for humanity. Naturally, players want to know which of these characters are the best ones to play to maximize their potential in the game. With the list below, we provide an outline of the characters we think work best in the game and a quick description of why you might use them.

Character Tier List

Each character below, of course, has its own pros and cons. Ultimately, the best character to use is the one that best suits your playstyle. However, some simply outshine others because of their usability, usefulness, and style.

S-Tier

Captain America in Marvel Future Revolutions

Captain America: Unsurprisingly, the leader of the Avengers easily makes it to the top of the ranks when deciding which character to use. He is simply the most well-balanced character in the game. He doesn't sacrifice one quality for another, has a straightforward control scheme, and has an incredible defense rating that allows him to be front and center of the action. He also functions well as a tank, fighter, and leader of any group.

Captain Marvel: While she can generally clear through mobs without issue, she can take massive damage if you ignore her surroundings. Her high-damage attacks sacrifice speed for power. However, she has the highest DPS capability of any character in the game, so players looking to make quick work with easy leveling and scalability would be wise to use her.

A-Tier

Spiderman in Marvel Future Revolutions

Iron Man: Iron Man is easy to control and deals heavy damage. The only thing stopping him from making the S-Tier list is his scalability in-game. He scales fast at first but coasts around mid-game. From that point, he doesn't serve a lot of purposes until you fully level him up and get his powerful end-game abilities (which are arguably the strongest attacks in the game). Since he functions only as a great side character from a significant chunk of the game, we have placed him in A-Tier.

Doctor Strange: Doctor Strange is the best character to use if you're more focused on AoE (Area of Effect) damage. He works well as a support character with the ability to disable or eliminate many opponents at once. He is also very easy to handle since his abilities don't require precise direction. If you're up against numerous enemies, Doctor Strange is essential to your team.

Spider-man: The only thing stopping Spider-man from being S-Tier is the difficulty of playing him. He works perfectly in the PvP setting or against individual foes, as his DPS and maneuverability make him a deadly force in face-to-face combat. He can disable multiple opponents at once when you upgrade his web abilities. If you like to mix between ranged and melee combat styles and can land combos and melee combat strategy, Spiderman will be your best pick.

B-Tier

Storm in Marvel Future Revolutions

Black Widow: Black Widow really only has two major flaws. Her character is particularly difficult to master, and she sacrifices almost all her defenses for a huge boost in speed and attack power. She requires masterful handling to play her well, and even one mistake can cause you to lose a massive chunk of your health. Characters like this are often referred to as glass cannons since they have great damage potential but can be easily taken out if not perfected.

Storm: Storm is another AoE character that easily disperses large groups of enemies but doesn't excel in speed, damage, or defense. While she certainly meets the standard for all three of them, she works best as a support character to distract several enemies while you focus your heavy hitters on the toughest mobs. She has a lot of style to complement her easy control scheme, though.

C-Tier

Star Lord in Marvel Future Revolutions

Star-Lord: Unfortunately, Star-Lord finishes off this list at the bottom. He doesn't have any particularly strong perks and players who use him often just enjoy his flair in battle. He can alter his play-style to accommodate for a variety of situations, but they mostly rely on ranged attacks that don't deal massive damage.

That's our list of the Marvel Future Revolutions characters ranked! Be sure to challenge yourself with new techniques, styles, and difficulties!
