How to sign up for the MultiVersus Closed Alpha

The Closed Alpha Starts May 19!

MultiVersus is a free-to-play platform fighter from WB that lets users take control of classic characters from a litany of Warner Bros. properties in a fighter that focuses on 2v2 battles. With the game's development coming along smoothly, players can sign up for the Closed Alpha, provided they register.

How to register for the MultiVersus Closed Alpha

To Register for the MultiVersus Closed Alpha, players can visit the MultiVersus Alpha Page. Once there, enter your birth date to access the Closed Alpha sign-up page. Once you've made it to the sign-up page, you'll need either create or sign in to a Warner Bros. Account to proceed.

Creating a Warner Bros. Account

Creating a Warner Bros. Account requires players to enter their:

  • Date of Birth
  • Preferred Email
  • Password preferences
  • Desired display name

Once you input your credentials, you can register for the Closed Alpha. Those selected to participate in the upcoming playtest will receive an email notification via their account email. The playtest begins May 19, 2022.

If you don't gain entry to the Closed Alpha, you'll have a chance to participate in the Open Beta when it debuts in July 2022, as shown in the MultiVersus Official Cinematic Trailer. The trailer also revealed several new playable characters coming to MultiVersus, including Velma, The Iron Giant, and The Tazmanian Devil.

While MultiVersus does prioritize 2v2 formats, players can play 1v1 matches or four-player free-for-alls in this free-to-play title. Users can also expect regular content updates with new content-filled seasons released regularly. Warner Bros. Games also revealed a Character Roster page on the MultiVersus website alongside their cinematic trailer to give users a sneak preview of what characters players can expect to see.
