How to play Arya in Multiversus

Arya Stark is an Assassin and lightweight character, meaning she can move quickly and deal a lot of damage, but she also dies easily. Her dagger allows her to perform crazy combos and move around the battlefield rapidly. Here is how to play Arya in MultiVersus.

Grounded

• Needle Strike (Neutral)
  • Arya steps back and then rushes forward to strike with Needle. This is replaced with Arya's victim's Neutral if she has stolen their face.
• Sharp Edges (Side)
  • A rapier and knife combo.
• Upward Slash (Up)
  • An upward rapier swing.
• Rolling Slash (Down)
  • Arya rolls forward, ducking under attacks, and then strikes downward behind her.
• Face-Stealer (Neutral Special)
  • Arya grabs a fighter and steals their face. Press this input again to send out a stunning shockwave.
• Knife-Thrower (Side Special)
  • Throws a knife that attaches to fighters, reducing its cooldown by half on a hit. Arya can dash to the knife by pressing this input again, hitting enemies as she dashes.
• Dagger Slash (Up Special)
  • Performs a knife swipe overhead. If she hits an enemy, she dashes in the direction they are knocked back.
• Blade-Sharpener (Down Special)
  • Dashes to a nearby ally and gives them a turn buff that causes their next hit to break armor and turn that enemy around.

Aerial

• Knife Flourish (Neutral)
  • Twirls her knife downward and breaks armor. This is replaced with Arya's victim's Neutral if she has stolen their face.
• Aerial Slash (Side)
  • Arya rushes forward and performs a forward slash.
• Whirling Stab (Up)
  • Performs an upward spin attack.
• Stinger (Down)
  • Arya stabs downward with precision.
• Face-Stealer (Neutral Special)
  • Arya grabs a fighter and steals their face. Press this input again to send out a stunning shockwave.
• Knife-Thrower (Side Special)

• Critical Hit
  • If Arya strikes an enemy from behind, they receive additional damage, and Arya gains a turn buff. A pie is spawned upon knocking an enemy out, which heals and slows enemies. When an ally is knocked out Arya gains rage.

Perks are a great way to change up your strategy and how a character plays. When playing 2v2, these can stack if your partner equips the same Perk and provide even greater bonuses. Here are our recommendations for the best Arya Perks in Multiversus.

• Trophy
  • Arya obtains an enemy's face upon knocking them out.
• Lump Space Punch
  • Gives your team an additional 5% increased damage from melee air attacks.
• Snowball Effect
  • Your team deals an extra 7% damage to the enemy with the highest damage.
• Percussive Punch Power
  • Grants your team an additional 5% damage with attacks that have horizontal knockback.

Tips and Strategies for Arya in MultiVersus

Arya is somewhat small and extremely nimble, making her excellent at weaving in and out of combat. You will want to focus on getting backstab attacks to maximize the effects of her passive ability. Her Knife-Thrower ability is one of her best, as it allows you to attack foes out of nowhere and pull yourself from near knockouts.

Keep moving with Arya and look for openings to punish an enemy's whiffed attack. You'll want to focus on scoring horizontal knockouts, but you can easily secure knockouts off the top of the blast zone. Try to avoid staying in melees or trading blows because Arya can die fairly easily.
