Where to build a base in Nightingale

An excellent place to build your base is somewhere in the center of the map, not too far from all key points. Also, make sure you're near the resources, and keep in mind the terrain and weather conditions. It's essential to be flexible with your structures so you can rebuild or move them, too.

You can build your base in a place called Abeyance Realm, which is your home Realm, from which you can travel to other worlds to explore and gather resources. There are three Biomes you can choose between to be your Abeyance Realm: Forest, Desert, and Swamp.

Best Forest Base Locations in Nightingale

Out of three Biomes, the Forest one is the most welcoming. This biome is stacked to the rafters with easily farmable resources and low-level creatures you can hunt down without hardships. The climate is very mild; the biggest discomfort is because of the rain and hail, which you can handle with a basic umbrella or shelter. Overall, Forest is a good choice for your base if you want a relaxed survival.

Best Desert Base Locations in Nightingale

Desert is a much harsher environment than Forest, mainly because of the extreme weather conditions and lack of wood-based resources. On the other hand, the Desert biome is rich in better rock and metal resources that are valuable later in the game. Desert is a good biome for survival game veterans who want to burn through the game quickly. To build your base, look for a place near water, trees, and some shade-throwing rock formations or a cave.

Best Swamp Base Locations in Nightingale

The fiercest and most unwelcoming biome in Nightingale is the Swamp. It has everything to make your visit a challenging experience. The environment is really harsh, with poisoned water and shrewd terrain configuration. Creatures are also very aggressive and hard to kill. Despite having the best resources in the game, I wouldn't recommend building a base here at all.
