Overwatch 2 Beta announced for release on April 26

Blizzard has continued work on the highly anticapted FPS Overwatch 2, even when there is no release date in sight. Thankfully, the Overwatch 2 PVP Beta now has an official start date of Apr. 26, 2022.

During the Overwatch 2 Developer Livestream on the afternoon of Mar. 18, further details were divulged regarding the state of Overwatch 2. Players can hop into the Beta to test out the next-gen FPS title later in April. The upcoming sequel to the hit Overwatch game is expected to release sometime in the future. This is because of the game's delay, which has put the official release date in limbo for the time being.

Fans can rejoice now that there is a concrete date for the Overwatch 2 PVP Beta. On Apr. 26, the beta will officially open for those who have signed up and been accepted to play. Players who want to partake in the PVP Beta can sign up on the official Overwatch 2 website linked in the Tweet above.
