At the start of your journey in Pacific Drive, you may have come to a standstill at the task of packing supplies. Don't worry; this isn't you forgetting the controls or missing something; this is a bug a few players have encountered. Here's how you can fix it!
Pacific Drive 'Pack Supplies' bug fix (Solution)
At the start of the game, you will be prompted as a beginning tutorial to 'pack supplies' before heading out into the zone. To do this, you'll need to put some items, like healing, flares, etc. in the storage in the back of your car. However, if you've done so and nothing seems to be happening, you may have run into a glitch.
I also ran into this as I started the game, but I was able to find a way around it. Here are some suggestions to help you fix it as well:
- Drop the item or place it in storage, and pick it back up - This is what worked for me originally. I took the items that were not checked off of my to-do list, dropped them onto the ground, and re-did them. Luckily, it triggered the quest to continue.
- Load back to an earlier save - This is not the most convenient way to fix the problem, especially if you don't have a save that was close by, but it will reestablish the quest and hopefully prevent it from happening again.
- Report the bug to the developers - If all else fails, report the bug to Pacific Drive Support, and they could help you solve the problem personally or release a patch that will fix it altogether.
