Where to get Red Balloons in Pacific Drive

Exploration is a big part of the game, but sometimes, it can get annoying when you don't know where to look for specific materials. I spent two hours looking for Olympium fragments, before I realized I was looking in the wrong area. If you want to avoid that happening to you, here's where to get Red Balloons in Pacific Drive.

To locate Red Balloons, first you have to head to the Smokestacks junctions in the Deep zone. That's where you will find Beach Ball resources. These are glowing red orbs that have smaller orbs flying around them. Don't confuse them with Giant Orbs, which can be found only in the Mires.

The Beach Balls are harmless. However, they are usually in areas with a lot of Anomalies around, like the Tourists and Tourist Buses as well as Devil Grinders, so watch your step. To harvest Beach Balls you will need either a Hand Vac or a Thermal Vacuum. I suggest the Thermal Vacuum if you have it unlocked, as it collects materials faster and lasts longer.

Just point either Vacuum at the ball and you will collect a lot of Red Balloons. However, as the description for the Beach Balls mentions, they love absorbing materials from the environment. This means that not only will you be collecting Red Balloons, but there's a chance you'll get other items as well. So far, I've gotten Explosives and Steel Sheets from it, which is a fun benefit.
