Doing a heist quietly without alerting anyone is a bit more tedious than simply going in and shooting everyone. However, doing a heist with stealth is also the most rewarding. To start off, you'll need a silenced weapon.

Entering the bank

To the left of the bank in the parking lot, you'll see a door you can pick the lock to enter. This whole time, you'll remain unmasked as you head to the roof above, then either cut through the window or go to the roof to make your way down into the bank through the staircase. Just be cautious about the camera and guards on the roof, depending on the difficulty you're playing on.

Finding the key cards

There are two keycards you can find; only the red one is a must, but you can still get the blue one in case you want to disable the cameras. You'll be able to spot the keycards randomly on the backs of guards on the first and second levels of the bank, which you can pick off of them by sneaking up behind them during various actions.

The security room is on the second floor as you put your mask on, kill the guard, answer his pager, then disable the cameras and head back down to the first floor.

Right as you come down to the first floor down the stairwell, you'll find the IT room on the right side at the very end of the corridor. Flick the correct switch to turn off the power and head back upstairs.

Once upstairs, open up the computer room, which spawns randomly. You'll be able to see the red card reader outside to figure out if it is the one you're looking for. Hack the computer, which will then give you access to the vault.

You'll need to find and bring the bank executive dressed in a suit either from the first or second floor to the vault, so he can use the eye scanner to open up the vault for you, then head back into his office to find the codes to the vault on his computer. By this time, if you have disabled the cameras, you can start neutralizing any guards on the first floor and tying up the civilians.

Once you have the four codes, head back to the vault and use the UV light on the keypad to figure out the correct code, then use one of the ones you found in the executive's office.

Securing the bag

Once you lockpick the gate to the money, you'll have a short timer before the dye packs go off and render the money useless, so you'll need to be quick. You need at least two players to be able to disarm all the dye packs, as you don't get enough time to do it as a solo player.

The getaway van will either spawn in the parking lot where you originally entered or on the main street. Getting the money out is simple enough; just pay as much attention to any wandering civilians who could potentially alert someone.

There are numerous ways to stealth a heist in Payday 3, including this one. There are just a few steps and items you'll need to obtain. But, how you do this is totally up to you, as long as you don't get caught.
