What happens to PS Now subscribes when PS Plus Extra and Premium arrive?

With the launch of the new PlayStation Plus subscription, PlayStation Now will merge with PlayStation Plus, as the former will no longer remain a standalone service. Jim Ryan, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, stated that "PlayStation Now customers will migrate over to PlayStation Plus Premium with no increase to their current subscription fees at launch."
