All Chansey Supply Locations in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Need EV items? No problem!

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is the first franchise ever to introduce Battle Items before post-game. For example, things like Life Orbs and Ability Shields can be purchased as early as Mesagoza. PP Ups, vitamins, and other health items are the same. You can purchase them from Chansey Supply, which has multiple branches in Paldea.
