Give your Gardevoir these moves to make it the most effective support in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Tera Raids. Gardevoir already has good Special Defense, so you will want a Bold nature to increase its Defense. You will also want to give it the Light Clay held item, which will increase the duration of Light Screen and Reflect.

At the start of the Tera Raid, use either Light Screen or Reflect to increase your team's defense against physical or special attacks, choosing the one the opposing Pokémon favors. After that, use Helping Hand to boost your team's offense. Finally, you can alternate between Life Dew to heal your allies or cheers to provide further support.
