These Pokémon, like Salamence, are a part of the very powerful pseudo-legendaries. The best Natures for Deino, Zweilous, and Hydreigon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are:

  • Rash (+Special Attack, -Special Defense)
  • Mild (+Special Attack, -Defense)

Rash and Mild are very reliable choices for Hydreigon, but there are a few things to remember. These Natures do well since Hydreigon already has a massive Special Attack stat that can benefit from further boosting, but its move pool is pretty split between Physical and Special Attacks. Players using one of these Natures should prioritize Special Attacks in battle.

How to choose the best Nature in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Players who want to find the best Nature for their Pokémon will have the best success using its move pool and base stats to make their decision. The best Nature will raise a Pokémon's already-high stats and lower its weakest ones. This is also important, as it factors into the move the Pokémon will also use in battle.

If a Pokémon uses primarily Physical Attacks, players should find a Nature that boosts the base Attack stat. The Special Attack stat should be raised for the most benefit in battle for Special Attack users. The chart below can give players a better idea of their options.
