Every Pokémon returning in Scarlet & Violet The Indigo Disk (The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC)

VGC fans don't worry, Incineroar is coming back.

Just like with The Teal Mask, the seconds DLC promises to bring lots of familiar faces back to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Trailers for the DLC wave have already shown popular Pokémon that will be appearing in Blueberry Academy.

Lots of these Pokémon appear to be starters from older gens. This means that trainers will be able to put together some powerful squads in the new DLC.

Which Pokémon are coming back for The Indigo Disk DLC?

By the way, it's important to note that this likely isn't every single Pokémon returning: just the ones that have been revealed in trailers so far. That being said, this list is pretty big for what little they have to go off of!

  • Bulbasaur
  • Squirtle
  • Oddish
  • Doduo
  • Seel
  • Exeggcute
  • Tyrouge
  • Magby
  • Ryhorn
  • Lapras
  • Chikorita
  • Totodile
  • Skarmory
  • Smeargle
  • Treecko
  • Torchic
  • Mudkip
  • Trapinch
  • Beldum

  • Tepig
  • Blitzle
  • Cottonee
  • Minccino

Based on this list, it's clear that some big names will be back in the game. Most notable are the early-generation starters like Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Torchic, and Totodile. Another big name to make a return is Beldum, which evolves into the every-powerful Metagross.

It was almost a given that Duraludon would make an appearance since the new DLC would give Duraludon an evolution in Archaludon. What's interesting about that is Duraludon is already a fairly impressive Pokémon, boasting a 120-base Special Attack. That could be a sign that this new evolution is going to be quite the force to contend with.
