How to scale walls in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

To climb and scale walls in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you will first need to unlock the ability to do so. This is done by defeating the False Dragon Titan, Dondozo and Tatsugiri. These are the highest-level Titan Pokémon, so be prepared for a fight. We recommend bringing a powerful Electric-type Pokémon to defeat Dondozo, and a strong Fairy-type Pokémon for Tatsugiri. Once you defeat these Titan Pokémon, Koraidon and Miraidon will be able to climb cliffs and bring you to the top. Simply press B while riding the legendary Pokémon and cling to a wall. This is the only way to scale walls in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and acts as a replacement for HMs.

How to Jump Higher in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

In addition to climbing, you can also unlock the ability to jump higher. This is done by defeating the Lurking Steel Titan, which is Orfworm.
