To evolve Eevee into Vaporeon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must find a Water Stone. Eevee has multiple different evolutions, such as Flareon, which evolve in different ways. But Eevee will evolve into Vaporeon by using a Water Stone. These can be purchased from the Delibird Presents stores after beating three gyms.

You can get Water Stones in other ways besides buying them. This will be done by exploring Paldea and finding them in the wild. You can find them more commonly by searching for sparkling glimmers on the ground on Paldea's beaches. But it is a somewhat rare item, and the odds are random, meaning you may need to search for a while.

After you have a Water Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must use it on Eevee to get a Vaporeon. Open your menu by pressing X, then select Bag. Scroll to the candy icon, the Other Items tab. Find the Water Stone in this tab and select it. Finally, select Eevee to evolve it into Vaporeon with the Water Stone.
