Snom will evolve after raising its friendship in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet and then leveling it up at night. There are several ways to increase friendship in the game, with items like the Soothe Bell or friendship increasing Berries speeding up the process. The new Let's Go feature that allows Pokémon to walk around is another way to build friendship, similar to how walking in other games would increase it. How to evolve Snom into Frosmoth in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Snom needs high friendship to evolve in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet and then to be leveled up at night. The day and night cycle of the game moves pretty quickly, so just waiting will do the trick. Snom should be evolved right away because it has no level up moveset until it does. It has several weaknesses between the evolutions, but Frosmoth's Base Stats make it so it at least does a lot of damage. The Base Stat changes when evolving are:

• HP - 30 to 70
• Attack - 25 to 60
• Defense - 35 to 60
• Special Attack - 45 to 125
• Special Defense - 30 to 90
• Speed - 20 to 65
• Total - 185 to 475

How to raise Friendship in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

There are four main ways to raise the friendship of a Pokémon, with battling with them being a passive way of doing so. Making sure that they don't faint with healing items will increase it even further, but a faster way is to equip it with a Soothe Bell. By holding onto the Soothe Bell, Pokémon will have their friendship growth increased by 50%. It can be bought at Delibird Presents after getting six Gym Badges.

Walking around with Pokémon will also increase friendship and in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, this can be done with the Let's Go feature by pressing the R Button. There are also friendship increasing Berries that can be picked up in the overworld. Catching Pokémon in a Luxury Ball will increase friendship gain, and Picnics can increase friendship as well.
