How to get Dawn Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

You're looking for a Gallade, right?

Dawn Stones are evolutionary stones that evolve certain Pokémon species, like male Kirlia (to Gallade). However, they’re pretty rare. Here’s how to get Dawn Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Where to find Dawn Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Dawn Stones can only be bought in the auctions at Porto Marinada. You first have to clear Cascarrafa's Gym Challenge to access it. The items in the Porto Marinada auction reset every (real-life) day, so remember to check what’s in stock. You can also stumble upon truly rare items like Bottle Caps and Ability Capsules.

However, Dawn Stones also can be found in Poké Balls around Paldea. Below are the easiest ones to find.

If you’re very lucky, you might also stumble upon Dawn Stones from one of the random sparkles you find on the ground. However, this isn’t a very reliable way to search for one, so we don’t recommend it. Save your Dawn Stones for the Pokémon you really want to evolve. Higher-tier Tera Raid might also drop the occasional Dawn Stone, but it is also not a reliable method to farm for them,

Fortunately, other evolutionary stones are easier to obtain than Dawn Stones. The basic ones like Fire Stones, Thunder Stones, and Water Stones can be bought at Delibird Presents for a low price of ₽3,000. This is after you’ve received at least three gym badges. Meanwhile, rarer ones like Shiny and Dusk Stones are given as rewards at the Academy or a partially completed Pokédex.
