The Scroll of Darkness can only be found at the Auction House in Porto Marinade. This city is located on the west side of the map, specifically in West Province (Area Two). If you'd like, you can find yourself a Girafarig around here that you can evolve into a Farigiraf.

You can use the Scroll of Darkness to evolve Kubfu into Single Strike Style Urshifu. Unfortunately, you are currently unable to obtain this Pokémon in Scarlet & Violet. You will need to wait until Pokémon HOME becomes compatible with Pokémon Scarlet & Violet so that you can transfer them from Pokémon Sword & Shield.
