How to listen to Pokémon Scarlet/Violet’s overworld theme song

Starting with a banger.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are the latest entries in the Pokémon series and bring many new changes. The biggest is the inclusion of a truly open world, following Pokémon Legends: Arceus's somewhat open world. With an open world you will be spending some time in, this theme will need to be good, as you will be listening to it throughout much of the game. Fortunately, fans can listen to the overworld theme ahead of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's release.

The overworld theme for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has a strong influence on Spanish and Portuguese music, fitting the overall aesthetics of the games. While the track bears many resemblances to other Pokémon themes, the new influence is plain to hear, and we are excited to hear the rest of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's soundtrack.
