How to track TM crafting in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is the first Pokémon Generation to allow players to craft and recreate any TM they've obtained previously. TMs remain single-use items, but this does give players the freedom to use TMs without worrying if another Pokémon might have been able to use the item more effectively. How to track materials for TM crafting in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

While browsing the TM Machine Menu, you might not notice the small + Watch indicator on the bottom right corner of the screen. Pressing + will add the currently highlighted TM to your notification menu. You can access your notification menu anywhere in the overworld of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet by pressing the right arrow key.

How to use the notification menu in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Opening the notification menu will allow you to check how many more materials you'll need to craft your watched TM. You won't have to return to the TM Machine. There are many, many different kinds of crafting materials in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, so having a reminder at your fingertips in the open world is pretty handy. If you are using meal powers to help you find crafting materials, you can also use the notification menu to check how much longer those meal powers will last.
