Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will see players exploring the Paldea region and experience all sorts of new and exciting content. This includes new Pokémon, characters, and Gyms. These last two come together in Grusha, which may leave you wondering who Grusha is in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Grusha is a Gym Leader in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. He was a professional snowboarder until he became Glaseado Gym's Leader. Grusha is seen as coolheaded, but his emotions start to show when the battle gets heated.

What Pokémon does Grusha use in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

Grusha uses Ice-type Pokémon as the Gym Leader of Glaseado Gym. His partner Pokémon is the Ice-type whale Pokémon Cetitan. We do not know what other Pokémon Grusha uses, but we can assume they will likely be Ice-type or able to Terastalize into an Ice-type Pokémon. This means you will want to bring a strong Pokémon type matchup, like a Fire, Rock, Fighting, or Steel-type Pokémon.

Fans are undoubtedly eager to learn more about Grusha, Brassius, and the other Gym Leaders of the Paldea region. With Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's new open-world region, players can challenge gyms in any order they want.
