There are countless Pokémon in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl to catch. Many are easily found in the wild but some can be a little more tricky to get. Some of these Pokémon have unique ways to evolve and this is true for Horsea, Seadra, and Kingdra. To evolve Horsea into Seadra and Kingdra, you will first need a Horsea.
Horsea evolves into Seadra at level 32, so you simply need to train the Pokémon and level it up. Evolving Seadra into Kingdra is a little more complicated. To do this, you will need a Dragon Scale. You must give this item to Seadra and then trade it for it to evolve into Kingdra.

Finding a Dragon Scale to evolve your Seadra into a Kingdra is not an easy task. You will need to either capture a Dratini, Dragonair, Horsea, or Seadra that is holding one already. Alternatively, you can use a Pokémon with the move Thief or Covet. Just make sure that Pokémon isn't already holding an item.
Kingdra is a great Pokémon that has a unique typing of water and dragon. This means that it is only weak to dragon-types and fairy-types. Combine that with its great stats and Kingdra is a force to be reckoned with.
