Within any team, players will want to choose a grouping of Pokémon that have opposing resistances to give the player the best chance at succeeding.

  1. Talonflame, Alomomola & Wigglytuff - Talonflame and Alomomola make great opposites as Talonflame is a flying fire type and Alomomola is a water type. Wigglytuff makes a good third option as a solid defense Pokémon with the ability to properly fight a Lickitung.
  2. Lickitung, Medicham & Aromatisse - Lickitung makes a great option for any team as it is a normal type. Medicham is a fighting/psychic type and Aromatisse is a fairy, offering a good defense as Medicham will be weak to any fairy types they face. Most players are probably going to face off against several fairy types, so having a fairy, or something that is strong against fairy types will be tremendous.
  3. Scolipede, Slowking & Charizard - While most of the teams will be made up of multiple fairy and psychic types, players should also consider building a fully loaded team to take fairy and psychic teams down. With Scolipede as a poison type, Slowking as a water and psychic or poison and psychic type, and Charizard as a fire and flying type, players will have a great chance at defeating any team.

If players can't put together any of these teams exactly, they can easily mix and match their teams from what is listed. Otherwise, here are a few other Pokémon that can be put in place. Pokémon such as Electrode, Clefable, Scrafty, Lickilicky, Milotic, Crustle, Magcargo, and Seaking.
