Where to find Pikachu in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

There is no Pokémon more iconic than Pikachu. It has appeared in pretty much every Pokémon game out there, and this is true for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. So players may be wondering where to find Pikachu in these remakes.

You can find Pikachu in the grass behind the mansion on Route 212. This is the Trophy Garden, where you can find a variety of Pokémon. Pikachu has an encounter rate of 40 percent, making it too hard to find.

True Pikachu enthusiasts will be happy to know they can continue to use the Pokémon series' mascot in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pearl. As there are few electric types, Raichu is a solid member of any team.

Pikachu evolves into Raichu with the use of a Thunder Stone. While Raichu certainly has better stats, it cannot learn moves normally as Pikachu would level up. So players will need to either learn the moves before evolving or rely on TMs to teach Raichu their desired moves.
