Do note that in-game mentions, voices, or off-screen references will not be counted. Below are all the confirmed on-screen characters you encounter in Chapter 5.
Huggy Wuggy

Huggy Wuggy returns in Chapter 5 in a more fragmented and unsettling state. While no longer the primary threat, his towering blue frame and exaggerated grin still carry psychological weight. Though not as dominant as before, his reappearance confirms the fact that nothing inside the factory truly stays gone.
The Wrongside Outimals

The Wrongside Outimals are a rejected plush line created by Playtime Co. In Chapter 5, they appear physically as inside-out animal plush creatures with reversed eyes and exposed fur textures.
Their most dangerous trait is their reaction to light. They attack instantly if you remain in darkness. Their fur extends unnaturally across limbs, and red fluid pulses through their hands. Staying in illuminated areas is the best strategy against them.
Giblet

Giblet is the deuteragonist of Chapter 5. He resembles a small chihuahua-like creature with inside-out skin, one magenta flower-shaped pupil, and a missing eye covered by a leather patch. He walks with a cane due to a damaged leg and wears a coat. Despite his fragile appearance, Giblet plays a crucial narrative role and provides you with guidance.
Chum Chompkins
Chum Chompkins is a plump red-furred creature who works under The Prototype and acts as an informer to Giblet. He shares visual similarities with Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy but has shorter limbs and four-fingered hands with Velcro-like textures. His most unsettling feature is a mouth located near his stomach, capable of storing objects and even humans.
Lily Lovebraids
Lily Lovebraids is introduced as a secondary antagonist in Poppy Playtime Chapter 5. She is a tan ball-jointed doll with vibrant purple braided hair and exaggerated oval eyes.
Her outfit includes a purple shirt, black suspenders, and star embroidery. Lily’s cheerful doll-like aesthetic sharply contrasts with her antagonistic role.
Poppy Playtime
Poppy herself appears once again, continuing to guide you through cryptic dialogue. Though small in stature, she remains central to the plot. Her knowledge of the factory’s past and her relationship with The Prototype make her one of the most important characters in Chapter 5’s narrative.
The Prototype
The Prototype stands as the main antagonist of Chapter 5. Now fully visible in his monstrous mechanical-organic form, he towers over the factory environment. His cracked porcelain jester face, glowing mechanical eye, spider-like lower body, and attached limbs from fallen toys create a horrifying entity.
