To lock on to enemies in Psychonauts 2, click the right stick when facing an enemy. This allows Raz to target a single foe when he's facing multiple enemies, or he wants to ensure he hits his target. To unlock from a foe, click the right stick when Raz is locked on to an enemy.
Locking on is perfect for abilities like the PSI Blast, which shoots a beam of psychic energy at enemies. Learning how to use this mechanic will be key to picking off baddies when Raz gets swarmed. When multiple enemies target the young Psychonaut, we recommend picking off the weaker targets first to lessen the pressure on our protagonist.
