What happens when all your Operators go MIA in Rainbow Six Extraction? While most players are afraid of it, the game is designed with a failsafe that returns your first MIA Operator to the roster in operational condition. This way, players will always have at least three Operators to start incursions with.
The Operator Auto Rescue feature in Rainbow Six Extraction prevents players from having less than three Operators at any time. This failsafe allows players to get their first MIA Operator instantly when the roster loses one of the last three Operators.

Each incursion requires only one Operator, having three at your disposal only makes it easier to rescue the other MIA Operators. For instance, if you lose six of the first nine Operators and haven't unlocked others, then the game will automatically return the Operator that first went MIA.
While this is a worst-case scenario, there is very little possibility of it happening. The game immediately returns your first MIA Operator even if you simulate each incursion by simply getting knocked out intentionally every time with different Operators.
