After your run-in with the murderous locales of Resident Evil 4 Remake (or even during, if you were brave enough), you can find a locked drawer that needs a key. The drawer is located in the second building on your left as you enter the village gates. Inside you can find a locked drawer immediately on your right. So, where do you find the Village Square locked drawer key in Resident Evil 4 Remake?

Where do you find the key for the locked drawer in the Village Square in Resident Evil 4?

You do not find the key for the Village Square locked drawer until Chapter 2 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, so do not waste your time trying to look for it nearby. It's fruitless. Continue playing the game until you reach the Village Chief's Manor, and here is where you will find the key.

Small Key location

Once you reach the Village Chief's Manor, to the right of the table, in the corner next to a sofa, is a small cabinet. On top of this cabinet is the small key. With it, you can now go back to the Village Square.

Locked Drawer location

Leave the Manor from the door to the key's right, and head to the metal gate on your right. Just follow the linear path back to the village. Once the village gate opens, continue directly to the building in the image below.
