How to change to Controls in Riders Republic

Does that feel right?

Riders Republic is an extreme sports game that offers the player multiple options in activities. There are different gear to ride, including bikes, snowmobiles, skis, and even wingsuits. Controlling your ride is important if you want to finish in a good spot. As such, Riders Republic offers multiple different methods for controls.

Players can adjust these controls for both air sports and ground sports. Players can also change their landing method and sensitivity. You can see how to change your controls and what types of controls there are below.

Control Style

There are three types of controls in Riders Republic. These are Racer, Trickster, and Steep. To change controls, open the options tab and navigate to the controller page. You will find the control type there.

  • Racer
    • Better suited for racing. Allows the player to move the camera with the right stick.
  • Trickster
    • Better suited for tricks and stunts. Allows players to perform tricks with the right stick.
  • Steep
    • This control scheme is aimed at players migrating from Steep and familiar with those controls.

Landing Style

This refers to how you land your tricks. There are two choices which are manual or auto. To change your landing style, open the options tab. Navigate to the gameplay page. You will find the landing style.

  • Manual
    • Players will have to line up their landings manually but will earn more points.
  • Auto
    • Players will automatically line up and land tricks but will receive fewer points.
