In the latest Double Gem Weekend Update, the developers have added a new feature called the Talent System. This new feature enables you to customize your existing Class System further and add layers to it. If you are wondering how the entire Talent System works, here is a detailed guide that explains everything.
How does the Talent System work in 99 Nights in the Forest
Firstly, you must understand that the Talent System is not significantly different or unique from the existing Class System. Instead, it offers extra perks/abilities from other classes to your selected Class. I will explain to you with the help of an example. Let us assume that you are using the Cyborg Class and have unlocked all three levels of perks. Now, using the Talent System, you can add one more ability from any other Class to your existing Cyborg Class, making it four unique perks. Remember, you can add a Talent to your Class even without unlocking any levels.
How to get a Talent in 99 Nights in the Forest

Unlike a Class, Talents are acquired randomly by spinning using a gacha system that uses Gems. Inside the Class Menu, you can select the Class you want to equip. Under that Class, you can find the Talent Option at the bottom. Pay 60 Gems to roll for a new Perk. If you are not happy with the Perks obtained, you can pay 30 more Gems to roll for a new Talent. Remember, each Class can have a single Talent at a time.
What are the various Talents in 99 Nights in the Forest?
Since Talents are basically the single perks or abilities of each Class, there are nearly 70 different Talents that a player can roll inside the game. So, gather Gems and start spinning for a suitable Talent to match your existing Class. I would always recommend selecting Talent that further enhances the perks of the existing Class or masks its weaknesses. For example, if you are using the Berserker Class, you can add perks from Medic or even Support to gain healing abilities that will work great with the fighting skills of the Berserker.
