You can reach the Lower Deep by diving south and traveling straight to the GPS (1772, -2775,-11938). As mentioned earlier, the location is easily identifiable with its large Volcanic Vents and glowing openings at the bottom.
How to fish inside the Lower Deep
Like every other location inside The Deep, you have to use a lot of your Harpoon Guns to catch all the fish and creatures that are part of the Lower Deep. So, get some Harpoon Guns like Frost Biter, Relic Piercer, or the mighty Trident Striker before you head towards the Deep. Remember, you can still use your regular Rods to fish over here. It's slightly better to use Harpoon Guns as you can individually target the missing fish instead of relying completely on RNG with rods.
