With the Ghoul Update in Sailor Piece, another island has been added to Sea 2. It is called Isolation Island, and it has plenty of content for you to clear, as well as another melee fighting style that you can obtain. However, before all that, you need to unlock Isolation Island by completing the Blood Flower Quest. All 6 Blood Flower Locations in Sailor Piece
To start the Blood Flower Quest, go to Starter Island (Sea 2) and talk to the Blood Flower Quest NPC. You can find him standing on top of a mountain in the right corner of the island. After talking to him, you can start finding the Blood Flowers and unlock the Isolation Island.

Blood Flower #1 - Starter Island Sea 2
Right after you start the Blood Flower Quest, make sure you grab the first Blood Flower before leaving. From the teleport portal of the Starter Island, you’ll see a mountain to your left. Go behind that mountain, and you’ll find a Blood Flower.

Blood Flower #2 - Bizarre Island
Teleport to Bizarre Island and go all the way to the opposite end of the island (towards the coliseum). Go behind the green mountain, and you’ll find another Blood Flower in a corner. The image below points to the exact location:
Blood Flower #3 - Punch Island
When you spawn at Punch Island, go left and go between the mountain and the buildings. Drop down, and you’ll see the Blood Flower on the floor. Use the image below as a reference:
Blood Flower #4 - World Island Sea 2
The fourth Blood Flower is on the lower part of the World Island (the area where all the NPCs are). Go there, and then go towards the Power NPC (right corner). You’ll see a giant tree, and the Blood Flower is at the base of that tree.

Blood Flower #5 - Slayer Island
From the spawn point, go towards the Sun God World Boss spawn location. Climb up the mountain to your right, and you’ll find the Blood Flower hidden in some tree branches. See the exact location in the image below:
Blood Flower #6 - Blue Planet
When you spawn on the Blue Planet Island, go straight towards the Empyrean Trainer NPC and go behind the mountain that is exactly behind the NPC. There, you’ll see the last Blood Flower on the floor.
