To get the Lightning Fruit V1 in Sailor Piece, you need to go to Sailor Island in Sea One and find the fruit merchant. You can try your luck with both the Coin Fruit Dealer NPC and the Gem Fruit Dealer NPC. Just keep in mind that you're going to be there for a while, because rolling this item is a tragedy since it's rare. Make sure to have your Luck Build equipped and boosted to the max to up your chances of getting the Lightning fruit without having to stand there and grind for a long time.

How to Get Lightning Fruit V2 in Sailor Piece
The only way to turn your Lightning Fruit from V1 to V2 is by going to the Flying Ship Island in Sea Two and talking to the NPC selling this upgrade. He is at the back of the ship, and the best way to reach him is to climb on top of the vehicle's roof and then use a dash once you get as close as possible. This way, you avoid falling into the sea below.
You can buy Lightning V2 from the NPC only when you reach specific requirements, so get ready for more rerolling and grinding. Here is what you need to do:
- Own Lightning V1
- Get the Thunder God Title - but keep in mind that there is a 0.1% chance to get it, and you get pity only at 70, which is kind of wild
- 4x Taiko Drums - 32.86% drop chance
- 15x Lightning Flash - 100% drop chance
- 5x Thunder Stone - 65.73% drop chance
- 3x Lightning Fragment - 100% drop chance
To get all the items required for V2 in the game, you have to go back to the front of the ship where the portal is and wait for the Lightning Boss to respawn every 10 minutes, then just keep farming until you get everything needed.
How to Get Lightning V2 Move Mastery in Sailor Piece
To get the Move Mastery for Lightning V2 in Sailor Piece, you have to interact with another NPC on the Flying Ship Island in Sea Two. He is standing on top of the ship, behind a pillar. Here is a list of items required to get this move:
- Have the Lightning V2 fruit equipped
- Amaru Clan
- 1x Golden Staff
- 4x Taiko Drums
- 30x Lightning Flash
- 10x Thunder Stone
- 5x Lightning Fragment
This means that you have to go back to the Lightning Boss located at the front of the ship and grind some more until you get all the requirements.
