How to Get Black Reaper in Sailor Piece
To get Black Reaper, you need to purchase it from the Black Reaper Seller NPC at Isolation Island. That means, if you want to get Black Reaper in Sailor Piece, you’ll need to first complete the Blood Flower Quest by collecting all 6 Blood Flowers. If you’ve already unlocked Isolation Island, you’re already one step closer to getting Kaneki.
Teleport to Isolation Island and, from the teleport portal, jump on top of the huge chamber. You’ll see the Black Reaper Mastery NPC standing at the centre. From there, look to your right, and you’ll see the Black Reaper Seller NPC standing on a platform inside the wall.

Go and talk to him, and he’ll give you the Black Reaper Spec in exchange for the following items:

Once you have all items, materials, and the required title, go back to the Black Reaper Seller NPC to obtain Black Reaper in Sailor Piece. How to Unlock Black Reaper F Move in Sailor Piece

You can unlock the Black Reaper F Move by completing the Black Reaper Mastery questline. To start the questline, go to Isolation Island and climb to the top of the chamber. There, you’ll find the Black Reaper Mastery NPC. Talk to him to start the questline. To complete the questline, you’ll have to complete the following quests:
- Kill the Black Reaper Boss 25 times on Medium difficulty.
- Obtain the Ghoul Bloodline.
- Reach Level 250 Mastery on Black Reaper.
After completing all three quests, you’ll unlock the Black Reaper F Move and also get a +30% Damage buff for all Black Reaper moves.
Where is the Black Reaper Boss in Sailor Piece
The Black Reaper Boss is a summonable boss. You can spawn him by talking to the Black Reaper Summoner NPC at Isolation Island. Teleport to Isolation Island and go inside the chamber to find and talk to the Black Reaper Summoner NPC.

Once you have enough Reaper Keys, talk to the Black Reaper Summoner NPC to spawn the Black Reaper Boss. The Black Reaper Boss will drop the following items when defeated:
- One Eyed King (Title) - Up to 1.4% drop chance [125 Pity]
- Ghoul Outfit (Accessory) - Up to 0.75% drop chance
- Black Shard - Up to 10% drop chance
- Reaper Remnant - Up to 3.25% drop chance
- Rinkaku Core - Up to 1% drop chance
- Ghoul Essence - Up to 0.45% drop chance
Summoning and defeating the Black Reaper Boss at higher difficulties will increase the drop chances. Make sure you equip your Luck Build to further improve your chances of farming the rarest drops.
How to Get Reaper Keys in Sailor Piece
You can get Reaper Keys from the Ghoul Member mobs at Isolation Island. These mob NPCs have a 0.1% base chance to drop Reaper Keys. You’ll need Reaper Keys to summon the Black Reaper boss on Isolation Island. Higher difficulty requires more Reaper Keys.
