AscensionGo to Sailor Island and complete the quest from the Ascend Master NPC to get +40% Luck
Stat Re-rolls This is also done on Sailor Island. This way, you can max your luck for an additional +15%
Boss RushAnother way to increase Luck while you're still on Sailor Island is by doing Boss Rush Fights to earn Tokens you can use to max Luck up to +15%

PowerColossus gives you +7.5-10% Luck. You can do this on Lawless Island
RelicsGo to Bizarre Island in Sea Two and talk to the Relic NPC, then craft the Luck Relic for +20
