TLDR:
- Unlock the first four rods by completing the Youngster Goblin, Beatrix’s Cauldron, Webby Winston, and Doomsekkar questlines. Each requires specific challenges, ingredients, catches, and quest objectives.
- Complete the Dutchman’s Blessing Ritual to obtain the Dutchman’s Rod, requiring 5 mutated fish, 3 skulls, a Coffin, and Dutchman’s Grasp, plus 25,000+ Treats.
- Finish the Omniscient Ritual to unlock the Omniscient Spinecaster by gathering 12 offerings involving Jack-o’-Lanterns and 5 Skeletal Hands, with 10,000+ Treats needed.
- Prioritize the questlines first, then farm Treats for the final two rods, as they have the highest resource requirements.
FischFright 3 added six limited Halloween rods to Fisch. You can get four of them from questlines in and around Caustic Hallow and the other two are forged through a chain of rituals that depend on completing the first four. Figuring out all of these can be quite confusing. So, to help you out, we've compiled a complete guide with all the new rods, how to get them and everything you need to know about them.
How Do You Get the Boglin Branch in Fisch?

To get the Boglin Branch Rod in Fisch, talk to the Youngster Goblin near Beatrix’s Cauldron in Caustic Hallow to start the quest. The tracker lists five objectives:
- Complete 3 goblin challenges on Normal difficulty or harder. Goblins with a green outline are Easy and do not count for this objective
- Hand over 10 Witch’s Ingredients of any type to the Youngster Goblin
- Obtain a Boglin Skull
- Obtain a Boglin Twig (some quest text calls this a Boglin Fang)
- Obtain Boglin Wraps
Once all three Normal+ challenges are logged, you can farm any difficulty for the Boglin parts, Easy goblins can also drop them. All three parts are rare drops, so you should expect several rounds of goblin challenges before the full set appears.

You need to first talk to the Webby Winston NPC who lives in Webridden Cavern, the cave beneath Caustic Hallow. His three quests can be worked on in parallel:
- Trick-or-treat at 16 different houses with the Candy Bucket equipped. Repeat visits to the same door do not count
- Catch 15 Cobweb Cod in the cavern’s green water
- Land 10 fish with the Webbed mutation inside the cavern
Completing all three quests pays out 1,000 Treats. Winston then sells the Webweaver Rod for 1,000 Treats, meaning the quest reward covers the full cost if you do not spend it elsewhere first.

- Catch 100 fish from Frightful Pools which are temporary glowing pools that spawn around the ocean during the event. A Frightful Pool Totem costs 3,000 Treats from the Flying Dutchman and forces one to spawn
- Land 50 Perfect Catches.
- Catch the haunted spirit. You need to wait for the server notification announcing a haunted house in Caustic Hallow. The correct house has a glowing green house number.
- Equip the Candy Bucket, knock on the door, choose either dialogue option, and keep your cursor on the ghost until it is captured. You are then teleported to a special area. Use your Magic Mirror to leave
Return to Doomsekkar to receive the rod and 3,000 Treats.
NOTE: The Doomsekkar Rod has -666% Resilience. That is negative, not a typo. The high Luck is offset significantly, so weigh that before committing it to boss fishing.
