How To Get the Oppressor Rod in Fisch?
The Oppressor Rod comes from the Tormentor NPC’s questline. It is handed over in a restricted state, so you must finish a final quest and pay to unlock its full stats.
How To Find Tormentor in Fisch?
- Enter the Underground Music Venue
- Find the Duskwire Rod sitting on the left side of the Ken Carson NPC
- Activate a Tropical Squall Totem and equip your own Duskwire Rod first. Without both, the teleport will not trigger
- Click the Duskwire Rod near the stage to teleport to the hidden auditorium
- Equip the Dusk title, then talk to Tormentor to begin
The Dusk title is unlocked by completing the Duskwire Rod mastery quest, which requires 200 perfect catches.
Quest 1: Chaotic Resurgence
Catch the following: 2 Shiny Chaotic Catfish, 1 Mourned Wyvern, 3 Darkened Enchant Relics, and 1 Chaotic Enchant Relic.

How To Get the Black Fairy Rod in Fisch?
Head to the Underground Music Venue, talk to Draven, and select “I’ll help you find it.” The questline is split into five riddle sets, then a final payment. Several answers need mutations you cannot get from the Appraiser, so bring the right rod.
