Where is the Ken Carson NPC in Fisch?
You can find the Ken Carson NPC on top of the stage inside the Underground Music Venue. If you haven't unlocked the Underground Music Venue yet, place a Chaotic Enchanted Relic on the white crystal in Crystal Cove to access the Trapdoor at the back of the same room, which directly leads you to the Venue.
To reach Crystal Cove, dive into a mysterious whirlpool in the main ocean to reach Vertigo. Here, get a Depths Key to open the Depths door. Next, use your glider to enter Crystal Cove at GPS (X: 1100, Y: -700, Z: 1400).
All Xorcist Rod Quests & How to finish them
As mentioned earlier, you must complete 4 different quests to finish the Rod. Below, I have listed all four Rods & methods to obtain them. All of these quests involve catching a specific type of fish with a particular mutation and returning it to the NPC.

As for the passives, the Xorcist Rod gives the Xorcist Mutation, which increases the value of any Fisch by x7. It also adds a separate bar on top of your progress bar.
