The Mermaid Cove is a secret POI near the Grand Reef that is home to the Calyra NPC, who will give you a random buff in exchange for her shells that can be consumed to get extraordinary buffs. Here is a detailed guide to finding Calyra Shell and reaching the Mermaid Cove.
How to enter the Mermaid Cove in Fisch
You can easily enter the Mermaid Cover from the Grand Reef. After reaching the location, dive near the Bubble Mermaid and go towards the entrance of Atlantis. Here, slightly move to the right side to find a crack opening at GPS (-3855, -75, 443). Go through the crack to reach a secret hallway, just walk down along the path, and drop down at the end to reach the entrance of the Mermaid Cove. This is a small area with the Calyra NPC sitting on the throne and the Shell Altar in front of her.
How to get Calyra Shells in Fisch
Firstly, you have to understand that there are no fixed locations inside Fisch where you can obtain the Calyra Shells. They are random items that usually spawn around the edges of any beach. I recommend searching the beaches of Moosewood, Ancient Isle, Forbidden Shores, Lost Jungle, Terrapin Island & Roslit Bay before exploring others, as the Shells tend to spawn in higher numbers on these islands. If you don't know what a Shell looks like in Fisch, just refer to the image below.
Alternatively, the Calyra Shells can also be fished from the sea. For this, I suggest using something like a Steady or Magnet Rod and using Garbage bait in these beach areas to have a chance of reeling them out of the sea.

Fisch Calyra Shell Buffs FAQs
There are 6 different types of Shells in Fisch, each with its own set of buffs and passive requirements.
Each of the above buffs given by Calyra Shells stays in Fisch for nearly 30 minutes after you have consumed it, except the Shell of Corrupt, which can stay anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes inside the game.
All the Shells Buffs are equally good in Fisch. However, if you ask me, I would say that the Shell of Corrupt & Shell of Fortune are the best Shell Buffs inside the game.
